I’m a wedding videographer based on the Gold Coast, filming weddings across Brisbane and South East Queensland — and for over 15 years now, I’ve had the privilege of documenting some of life’s most meaningful days.

I bring a calm, organised presence to every wedding I film. In the lead-up, couples often tell me how reassuring clear communication and thoughtful planning feels. On the day itself, I’m there — but rarely noticed — capturing moments as they naturally unfold. The ones you didn’t even realise were happening until you see them back on film.

Why I’m a wedding videographer

I’ve always loved weddings for the love, laughter, and emotion they bring together in one place. But getting married myself has given me a deeper perspective on what truly matters.

In August 2025, my husband and I chose to have a destination wedding in Wanaka, New Zealand, surrounded by our closest friends and family. Watching our own wedding film afterwards, what meant the most wasn’t the styling or the details — it was seeing our people. The quiet interactions. The laughter between friends.

That experience reinforced something I’ve always believed. That a wedding is a rare moment when so many important people from different chapters of your life come together, and those moments deserve to be preserved.

Capturing authentic moments on your wedding day

My filming style is candid, natural, and unobtrusive. I don’t believe in staging moments or constantly posing people. Instead, I focus on real interactions, genuine emotion, and the personalities that make your day uniquely yours.

This approach is especially meaningful for intimate weddings and elopements. I’m drawn to couples who prioritise connection over trends — those who care most about marrying the love of their life and being surrounded by the people who matter most. That said, no matter the size or style of your wedding, my focus remains the same: capturing your day honestly and beautifully, without fuss.

I’ve been filming weddings since graduating university in 2005 and started my own business in 2010. Over the years, I’ve filmed hundreds of weddings across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and beyond — and that experience means you can trust that everything is being handled calmly, professionally, and with care.

I don’t see my role as just “your videographer.” I’m always happy to help couples find other vendors that suit their vibe, offer guidance when you need it, or simply be someone you can bounce ideas off along the way. Knowing you’re supported makes a big difference — and I want you to feel looked after from the very first conversation.

Experience beyond weddings

Alongside my wedding work, I’ve also spent time working within the media team for Queensland Corrective Services.

In this role, I was privileged to work across the state as the primary photographer and videographer, capturing everything from official graduation events to internal and external promotional content. This included producing photo and video assets for careers and recruitment campaigns, as well as documenting key events and initiatives within the organisation.

I’m so grateful for the experiences I had and the people I met along the way. It gave me a new perspective on the corporate and government world and helped me see how different teams and organisations operate — an insight I still carry with me in every project I take on today.

A little more about me

Outside of weddings, I’m a proud step-mum, a big dog lover, and share my life with two very loved pups — a French bulldog and a Labrador. These quieter, everyday parts of life are probably why I’m so drawn to capturing the small, meaningful moments that often end up meaning the most.
